We aim to provide the report within 10 business days for usual quantities. Larger schedules are discussed in advance. Any condition or specification differences are worked through with you.
The assets remain yours until you invoice us. If you do not accept the report, you can arrange to take them back. Return freight is paid by you, or you can collect.

Do you only buy recent, perfect equipment?
No. Around three-year-old business-grade stock is ideal, but older units and expected damage can be included in an agreed batch. Age, specifications and condition affect the value.
Is data wiping included?
Standard in-house wiping is part of intake. Serialised wiping certificates are only issued on request and incur a fee. Discuss any special requirement with us before handover.
Can we begin without a spreadsheet?
Yes. A specification list helps with valuation, but a conversation is enough to start. Tell us the equipment types, approximate quantities, location and timeframe.
What about BIOS passwords and management accounts?
Provide BIOS passwords securely through an agreed channel. Apple devices and Chromebooks need release from their management accounts. Our serialised report can support that release.
Who pays freight?
The customer pays freight. Auckland collections can be arranged where required and we work with national partners. Any return freight is also paid by the customer.
