Beyond the laptop fleet

Sell business desktops,
monitors & servers.

Clear the wider business hardware batch with the same team. We assess office desktops, displays and server equipment alongside laptop fleets or as separate business batches.

Business desktop fleet purchasing.

Office desktops, small form factor PCs and compact business computers can retain value after a refresh. Send the model, processor, RAM, storage and quantity, plus any known faults or missing parts.

Older units are considered too. Age, specifications, condition and current resale demand determine the offer. We focus on business-grade equipment rather than individual consumer gaming systems.

Retired office monitors.

Let us know the make, model, screen size, resolution and quantity, and whether stands and cables are included. Note cracked panels, display faults and missing stands where known.

Monitors can be assessed as part of a wider batch. Because their size affects freight, transport costs should be considered alongside their returned value, especially for stock outside Auckland.

Server hardware needs its own specification list.

For server equipment, include chassis model, processors, RAM, drive configuration, storage controllers and any other useful details. Tell us about missing drives or components and the availability of rails or accessories.

We assess server hardware case by case. There is no blanket promise of value for every configuration. If you have storage equipment or other related hardware, include it in the conversation so we can agree the batch scope.

No separate job for the damaged leftovers.

Expected wear and some faulty units can be included in the agreed batch, with condition reflected in price. Where suitable, parts can be reused to support repairs. Tell us about known issues so the valuation starts from an accurate picture.

A specification list allows us to agree a value before receipt. We then check the stock and report serial numbers, specifications and condition, discussing any anomalies before you invoice us.

Data and logistics are part of the discussion.

Standard in-house data wiping forms part of intake for equipment with storage. If you need serialised wiping certificates, request them before handover; these incur a fee.

Auckland collections can be arranged where required, and we work with national partners. The customer pays freight, including returns if the report is not accepted. See reporting and payment terms before planning the handover.

Let us take care of the old stock

A spreadsheet is useful.
A conversation is enough to start.

Tell us what you have, where it is and when it needs to move. We will work through the details with you.
