Sell business laptops
in bulk across NZ.
Sell business-grade laptops in bulk to an Auckland team with an established route to their next users. Ideally 10+ units, with whole fleet retirements welcome.
Business-grade laptops are our ideal fit.
We look for Lenovo ThinkPad, HP EliteBook and Dell Latitude fleets, along with other business-grade models. Equipment around three years old often fits a lease refresh, but that is a preference rather than a strict age limit.
Older business laptops can also have a market. Our established domestic retail channel and international customers let us consider stock across different ages and specifications. An assessment is needed before a price can be agreed.
Mixed condition? Keep the batch together.
Normal wear, damaged screens, missing components and faulty units can be part of an agreed batch. Tell us about known faults at the start. Their condition affects value, but we aim to remove the burden of leftover stock rather than leave you with a second disposal project.
Where practical, usable parts from one unit can help repair another. This is one of the ways we recover value from less-than-perfect equipment.
What helps us value your laptops.
- Make, model, quantity and serial number, where recorded.
- Processor generation, RAM, storage type and size.
- Screen size and known screen, keyboard or battery issues.
- Cosmetic condition and whether chargers are included.
- Collection location and the date the equipment becomes available.
A specification list lets us agree a value using the described A-grade condition as the basis. Any differences found during checking are discussed before you invoice us.
Prepare access before the handover.
BIOS passwords must be supplied securely. Apple devices and Chromebooks must be released from the organisation’s management account. If serial numbers are needed for that release, we can provide the serialised report for your team to action.
Do not put passwords in the website enquiry form. Discuss any other device locks or management requirements with us before transport.
Standard in-house data wiping is part of our intake process. Serialised wiping certificates are available on request for a fee.
A purchasing process you can plan around.
We aim to provide the report within 10 business days for usual quantities. Larger volumes have a timeframe agreed beforehand. Once the report is accepted, you invoice Wei Group Ltd. Our standard payment date is the 20th of the following month, unless otherwise agreed.
Freight is paid by the customer. Read our complete purchasing process, or visit our page for leasing companies retiring laptop fleets.
A spreadsheet is useful.
A conversation is enough to start.
Tell us what you have, where it is and when it needs to move. We will work through the details with you.
